Alwal's largest banquet floor, split into three halls that take 200 to 600 guests between them. Book one for an intimate ceremony or combine for a full wedding.

The kitchen
One kitchen, cooking on site
Every plate is ours — welcome drinks, snacks and a full main course, prepared in-house and served by our own team. Outside caterers and decorators aren't permitted, which is how we keep the standard even.

How booking works
Three steps, no surprises
Send the date
Give us the date, the session and a rough headcount. We check all three halls against the calendar and call you back — usually the same day, always within one working day.
Nothing is held and nothing is charged at this stage.

Walk the halls
Come to PAR Plaza and see the rooms laid out rather than photographed. We’ll walk you through seating for your numbers, show the guest rooms, and put the menu you’re considering in front of you to taste.
Visits run through the day. Call ahead so a hall is free to show.

Half the amount books the date. The balance is due seven days before the event, and the menu locks in once payment is complete.
Guaranteed guest count is confirmed a week before the event. You can raise it up to three days out — extra plates on the day are charged at menu price plus 10%, subject to availability.

FAQ
The house rules, up front
Can we bring outside catering, decorators or a DJ?
Outside food and decorators aren’t permitted — the kitchen and decor are ours. DJ, orchestra, music bands and fireworks are not allowed at the venue.
Is alcohol allowed?
Only with a valid Excise Event Permit, which the host obtains.
What are the hall timings?
Lunch runs 10:30 am to 3:00 pm and dinner 7:00 to 10:30 pm. Hours beyond your booked slot are ₹10,000 each.
How does payment work?
50% advance books the date, balance is due seven days before the event. Once full payment is received the menu is locked in and non-refundable.
Can we change the guest count after booking?
Confirm the guaranteed count a week before. You can increase it up to three days before, but it can’t be reduced. Extra plates on the day are menu price plus 10%, subject to availability.
Do you cater off-site events?
Yes — outdoor catering for up to 2,000 guests.
Is parking a problem on a busy night?
Two basement cellars plus space at the front and back of the building. For larger events we arrange access to the adjoining grounds by permission, which fits 100+ more cars.
Can guests stay overnight?
Nine rooms sit above the halls for the family travelling in. Add them to the booking and we’ll hold them with the date.
